Arizona Sales Tax and any applicable local taxes are not included in the rental rates and will be added to the rental amount total. A $75.00 cleaning/pumping fee will be charged on all rentals. House Boat Details Our houseboat is docked at Pleasant Harbor Marina facing the lake, there are no obstructed views to the lake. The house boat is 68' has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 8. It has a full kitchen with 2 refridgerators, a outdoor Bar-B-Que, a 42" LCD Television with DirectTv and a DVD/CD Player. the upper deck has a covered fly, Wi-Fi is available and outstanding views of Lake Pleasant. There are a maximum occupancy of 25 people. Additional fees include a $75.00 cleaning fee.
HOUSEBOAT FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How many people are allowed on the boat? The maximum number of people allowed on the boat is 25 persons. Lake Pleasant Watercraft Rentals currently limits the number of overnight guests to 8. Wrist bands will be given to our costumer, which will allow you to have access to the bar and grill, store and restrooms for the day. Can I drive the boat? No, our current insurance policy dictates that the boat must be moored at its docked location at all times. Where is boat moored? The houseboat is currently moored at Pleasant Harbor Marina, Peoria, Arizona. How big is the boat? The boat is 68 ft. long and 14 ft. wide. It has an upper deck which offers unobstructed breathtaking views of Lake Pleasant. What amenities does the boat have? 42 inch Flat Screen TV with Direct TV Service What do I need to bring with me? LPWR provides full linens and kitchen supplies, however be sure to bring food, beverages, sunscreen, ice, coolers, paper utensils, CD’s, music, and any other items you think you may need. Can we get a taxi to the boat? The taxi’s are for the members of Pleasant harbor marina, only if you are handicap or elderly will be able to use the marina taxi service. There are blue carts for your conveyance.
